Shipping

Eco + Envy offers free shipping on all US orders placed on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions.

We also believe that free should not mean shipping should take a long time. We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly as well as to use the most eco-friendly and balanced shipping options available.

At Eco + Evny we really do believe that living responsibly should be synonymous with living well (it's not tag line, it's a Mantra). But the logistics are not always simple when delivering Eco and World friendly limited run products.

There are some exceptions on delivery times simply because most of our merchandise is not mass produced. When you order from one of our larger US based designers that stocks inventory, you can expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days which is comparable to most of the conglomerates who stock mass produced items and will use whatever delivery method is the cheapest. We don't operate like this for obvious reasons.

For items from our smaller designers that are hand made to order, or are only available from our international designers, please allow 2-3 weeks (especially for hand made items which in some cases may take a bit longer).

Returns

Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery with an original packing invoice. The returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued without the original packing invoice. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Non-returnable merchandise (but not limited to just the following): Personal care/use, table/kitchenware, health and beauty, bedding and underwear. Clothing that is unworn with tags and receipt can be returned and exchanged. Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted. For items being sent to our returns department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail offered by FedEx, USPS, and other carriers. Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions and a copy of this invoice, and send to:

Please report any visible damages and discrepancies within 7 days of delivery. Allow a processing time of two to three weeks for refunds and exchanges. For help with your return write to: customerservice@ecoandenvy.com or call the number on your packing invoice. Please mention your order confirmation number. 

Eco + Envy reserves the right to deny any return/exchange based on the condition of the merchandise and to modify its exchange and return policy without notice. All product and price information may be subject to change. Any dimensions quoted are for guidance only. All electrical items can only be sold in the US and conform to the US guidelines for domestic use. All products are subject to availability. All prices quoted are in US dollars.
